Condensed Milk Donuts

Mondays are never easy, but I found a way to make them sweet and delicious with this Condensed Milk Donuts making breakfast feel a 1000 times better:

Condensed Milk Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • flour (enough to make the dough thick and easy to work with)
  • 1 cup of canola oil (for frying)

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients, flour being the last one to add. Roll the dough and cut the donuts using a donut cutter. On medium heat, add the oil to an already hot pan, when the oil is hot add the donuts and fry on each side for 1 minute. Let the donuts cool, decorate them with powdered sugar and have them with a side of hot chocolate!

Serve and enjoy,

Catalina!

  1. This recipe looks so decadent. I know they would have made me feel great but then my pancreas would struggle to shoot out enough insulin to process. Not a recipe I will be able to make but I love looking at them :-)

  3. Great recipe, my 6 year old daughter and I loved how quick and easy theses were to make! Although I think a 1/4 tsp. of salt needs to be added to the dough. Other than that- these are delicious!!!
