Mondays are never easy, but I found a way to make them sweet and delicious with this Condensed Milk Donuts making breakfast feel a 1000 times better:
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 3 eggs
- flour (enough to make the dough thick and easy to work with)
- 1 cup of canola oil (for frying)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients, flour being the last one to add. Roll the dough and cut the donuts using a donut cutter. On medium heat, add the oil to an already hot pan, when the oil is hot add the donuts and fry on each side for 1 minute. Let the donuts cool, decorate them with powdered sugar and have them with a side of hot chocolate!
Serve and enjoy,
Catalina!
